How long will delivery take once I place an order?

We are able to provide free delivery on all orders to locations on the UK mainland, making it even easier to get all the fire safety equipment you need for a lower price. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.

Do you offer free delivery across the UK?

We aim to get your order sent out to you from our warehouse within two working days. That means your items should arrive in three to five working days from your order date.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If your items have arrived and are not complete or have been damaged, you will need to provide written notice of the defect or damage within seven days of receiving the item. Please refer to the “Damages” section on our returns page for further instructions.
